The Store Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing retail loss prevention, and leading the team to achieve store sales and profitability goals. Responsibilities include maintaining high store standards, managing inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring effective communication with team members and upper management. Qualifications Experience of leading a team towards their objectives.
