Talent Solutions – securing critical roles through targeted, high-stakes searches: executive search, specialised recruitment and interim management assignments. As part of our development in Belgium, we are looking for a Partner. Your Mission As a NOVATalenta Partner, you will support your clients with their talent challenges, whether through consulting assignments aimed at structuring and optimising internal talent dynamics, or through assignments to select and secure key permanent or transitional roles. Your role Portfolio development You will contribute to the development of NOVATalenta by drawing on your network and long-term relationships with executives, investors and key decision-makers. You will play an active role in identifying, opening up and developing opportunities for Talent Advisory or Talent Solutions services. Advisory & Delivery You will be directly involved in assignments, with a concrete role in implementation: diagnosis and structuring of the Talent function, HR governance, leadership-operations alignment, securing key roles (permanent or transitional roles). NOVATalenta's influence You will actively contribute to the development of NOVATalenta's offering and positioning, with a focus on excellence and market credibility. You will participate in sharing insights, producing content and facilitating the community of Partners, clients and the NOVA Leaders Club. Your profile We are looking for senior executives with expertise in one or more of the following areas, or with a strong professional background that naturally connects to Talent and people-related challenges, particularly for those interested in evolving towards a people-centric advisory role. Talent-focused expertise Talent consulting and talent function structuring Executive search & strategic recruitment Interim management Expertise related to the Talent function Leadership advisory Cultural alignment & organisational transformation Executive coaching and support for executives Adjacent senior expertise with strong people exposure This role is also open to senior professionals coming from adjacent domains (general management, transformation, operations, finance or advisory roles) who wish to leverage their experience in a people-focused context and contribute to Talent-related challenges at executive level. You are comfortable operating in a peer-to-peer advisory relationship with senior executives, boards and investors. You have the ability to combine strategic vision with operational pragmatism. You are motivated by complex, high-impact situations and enjoy advising leaders at key moments of transformation and decision-making. You have an active and credible network of executives and decision-makers (C-level). You work with a management company.
