Votre fonction :
Dans une équipe de 7 personnes et sous la supervision du responsable système, vous serez en charge d'assister techniquement les interventions de la «branche IT Infrastructure» de l'association et de fournir à nos utilisateurs le 1er niveau de support informatique.
Vos missions principales:
- Assurer un rôle transversal dans l'opérationnel des équipes système, réseau et sécurité.
- Appliquer les règles de bonne utilisation et de sécurité informatique et s'assurer que les utilisateurs les respectent.
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre (dans la mesure du possible) les incidents liés au matériel, aux logiciels, aux réseaux ou aux systèmes.
- Effectuer des interventions techniques dans les différentes institutions qui composent notre association (sur toute la Wallonie et Bruxelles).
- Assurer le support de niveau 1 aux utilisateurs de l'association.
- Escalader les demandes complexes ou urgentes au niveau supérieur.
- Documenter les solutions apportées et mettre à jour la base de connaissances.
- Assurer le suivi et la satisfaction des utilisateurs.
- Participer aux projets d'amélioration continue du service.
- Effectuer le suivi de l'activité dans l'outil de gestion des tickets.
- Installer, configurer, fournir et assurer le support du matériel informatique (ordinateurs, smartphones, accessoires, imprimantes, …) et logiciels.
- Maintenir le stock de matériel informatique et tenir à jour la base de données matériel.
Votre profil:
- Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation en informatique et justifiez d'une première expérience en support des systèmes informatiques.
- Vous disposez de solides compétences informatiques et maîtrisez les technologies suivantes : Active Directory, Office, Teams, Windows, Linux (est un plus), réseaux, etc.
- Vous aimez le travail en équipe et adaptez votre communication en fonction de vos interlocuteurs.
- Vous avez une capacité à analyser et à résoudre les problèmes techniques.
- Vous disposez du sens du service client, de l'écoute, de l'empathie et de la communication.
- Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé et aimez le respect des procédures.
- Vous êtes doté d'adaptabilité et de réactivité.
- Vous êtes patient et résistant au stress, vous savez vous adapter aux pics d'activité et aux situations d'urgence avec professionnalisme.
- Vous avez des connaissances en anglais technique.
- Vous possédez le permis B – le poste nécessite des déplacements dans nos différentes institutions (pas toujours desservies en transports en commun). Un véhicule est indispensable pour réaliser ces missions.
