For our location Esso Drongen Noord, we are looking for a supervisor on the Autostrade E40 towards Ostend, 9031 Drongen.
- Permanent: 36 hours per week
We are looking for an enthusiastic team leader for our gas station As a team leader, you are responsible for managing the team and creating a hospitable environment for our customers.
You coordinate the daily affairs and participate in the operation with the aim of achieving an excellent result together. You also take orders, handle administration, conduct counts, guide the employees, and work on the floor. You think in terms of solutions and you find it a challenge to get the most out of yourself and your team.
Employment conditions and wages according to PC311;
We agree together how many hours per week you can work;
Meal vouchers of €8 per day worked;
End-of-year bonus paid out in December;
