Head of Sales UBench is a leading SaaS platform for digital claims and damage management within the European automotive and insurance ecosystem. We connect leasing companies, insurers, workshops, and mobility providers through transparent and efficient processes that drive measurable value. We also offer outsourced customer care services on a flexible hourly or daily model. Now part of Sofico, a global leader in automotive leasing and fleet software, UBench benefits from Sofico's market presence and ecosystem reach while maintaining a distinct value proposition. We are looking for a Head of Sales to define and execute our go‑to‑market strategy, strengthen our enterprise presence, and lead a talented team of commercial and customer‑facing professionals. Your mandate Drive revenue growth across both SaaS and outsourcing services Collaborate closely with Sofico to maximize brand recognition, market access, and customer relationships Position UBench as a distinct yet complementary solution for both Sofico‑aligned and non‑Sofico clients Key Responsibilities Deal‑Making & Negotiation – lead enterprise‑level contract negotiations and structure high‑value agreements. Sales Leadership – define and execute UBench’s growth strategy, drive pipeline generation, and personally pursue high‑impact opportunities. Customer Success & Retention – ensure outstanding value delivery and develop upsell/cross‑sell opportunities. Team Building & Leadership – coach and develop a diverse team across sales, partnerships, and customer success. Collaboration with Sofico – act as key liaison between UBench and Sofico commercial teams, pursue joint business opportunities. Requirements 10‑15 years in senior commercial, sales, or growth roles, preferably in B2B SaaS and automotive aftermarket/insurance ecosystems. Track record of winning and growing enterprise‑level SaaS and/or service contracts with proven ability to meet ambitious growth targets. Inspiring people leader with experience building multi‑disciplinary teams. Exceptional deal making, negotiation and closing skills. Strong strategic account management and partner development. Ability to collaborate seamlessly with Sofico while championing UBench’s standalone market identity. Language: English a must; Dutch/French/German/Spanish a plus. Entrepreneurial and results‑driven mindset with agility to thrive in a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment. Benefits Full‑time employment/contract with a competitive salary.
