Onze klant betreft een groeiend ICT-bedrijf uit het Gentse, actief in innovatieve software- en infrastructuuroplossingen. Om hun infrastructuurafdeling strategisch te versterken, zoeken ze een commercieel gedreven en visionaire Head of Infrastructure & Growth. Als Head of Infra & Growth leidt u een team van systeemexperten en bouwt u de afdeling uit tot een strategische groeimotor. U combineert commercieel inzicht, people leadership en technische maturiteit (o.a. Kubernetes en containerisatie) om hun infrastructuurdiensten verder te versterken. Uw verantwoordelijkheden: U geeft richting aan de Infra-afdeling (5 FTE's) en bouwt een duidelijke visie uit. U stimuleert samenwerking, groei en ownership binnen uw team. U ontwikkelt efficiënte processen en bewaakt kwaliteit en standaardisatie. Commercieel leiderschap U bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de commerciële groei van infrastructuurprojecten (B2B & B2G (Business to Government)). U identificeert nieuwe opportuniteiten, bouwt proposities uit en onderhandelt met klanten en partners. U bewaakt de rendabiliteit en commerciële voortgang van projecten. Relatiebeheer & partnerschappen U bouwt duurzame relaties op met bestaande en nieuwe klanten, leveranciers en strategische partners. U vertaalt klantbehoeften naar technische oplossingen en diensten. Technische richting Samen met de CTO vorm u de technische architectuur van hun infrastructuur. U waakt over schaalbaarheid, betrouwbaarheid en security. U introduceert moderne technologieën, waaronder containerisatie en Kubernetes-omgevingen. U organiseert het beheer van klant- én interne infrastructuur (incl. ITIL-processen). U bewaakt planning, prioriteiten, budgetten en forecasts voor de afdeling. U maakt deel uit van het managementteam (samen met Head of Software, CTO en de CEO). Min. bachelor of master in ICT, met 10 jaar relevante ervaring, incl. leidinggevend of commercieel luik. Sterke communicator die vertrouwen opbouwt bij klanten, partners en teams. Strategische denker met focus op organisatie, groei en klantgerichtheid. People manager die motiveert, coacht en een sterk teamklimaat creëert. Technisch onderlegd in moderne infrastructuuroplossingen; kennis van of ervaring met Kubernetes & containerisatie is een sterke troef. Resultaatgericht, besluitvaardig en analytisch sterk. Uitstekende kennis van Nederlands, zeer goede kennis van Engels. Een sleutelpositie in een ambitieus groeibedrijf met korte beslissingslijnen. Een mensgerichte cultuur en hechte crew.
