Bij AXABelgium zijn we al een aantal jaar bezig met de transformatie van ons departement human resources om onze klanten, de business, managers en werknemers te helpen hun strategische doelstellingen te halen en hun dagelijkse taken tot een goed einde te brengen. De taak van het departement HR Transformation bestaat erin onze visie van 'digitale hr met een menselijke touch' concreet gestalte te geven; een visie waarmee wij een voorbeeld willen zijn op het vlak van medewerkerbegeleiding en -beleving.
Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een gepassioneerde Functional/technical expert & Business analyst om ons team te versterken en ons te helpen onze transformatie te verwezenlijken.
Je verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je speelt een sleutelrol bij projecten rond hr-transformatie, verbeteringen of het oplossen van bugs en werkt mee aan tests voor nieuwe ontwikkelingen.
- Samen met onze business architecture expert bepaal je de prioriteiten op basis van de behoeften van de business en volgens het budget en de middelen die beschikbaar zijn.
- Je geeft ondersteuning bij het inzetten van onze hr-tools. Dat doe je volgens de taakverdeling die binnen het team is afgesproken.
- Je helpt de hr-teams dagelijks bij hun lopende activiteiten, bijvoorbeeld als er bugs zijn of synchronisatiefouten in een interface tussen Peoplesoft, Neocase en andere hr-tools. Je zorgt voor een oplossing of reikt eventueel tijdelijke oplossingen aan om de continuïteit van de hr-activiteiten te garanderen. Je werkt nauw samen met onze IT product lead om ervoor te zorgen dat de IT-teams de behoeften van onze klanten juist begrijpen en daarop inspelen.
- Je reikt proactief ideeën of oplossingen aan om de kwaliteit van de processen en tools te verbeteren.
Jouw Profiel:
- Je beschikt over een goede kennis van Oracle SQL in het kader van de ondersteuning en het onderhoud van Peoplesoft (Oracle).
- Je beschikt over een goede kennis van Javascript in het kader van de ondersteuning en het onderhoud van Neocase.
- Je hebt ervaring als business analyst, idealiter bij het vertalen van de behoeften van hr-teams naar een ontwikkeling die compatibel is met de functionele IT-vereisten en target architectuur.
- Je hebt de tools van MS Office goed onder de knie.
- Je bent analytisch ingesteld, kunt zelfstandig werken en bent resultaatgericht.
- Je bent gemotiveerd en standpunten op elkaar afstemmen, hangende kwesties oplossen, naar oplossingen zoeken en de medewerkerbeleving vooropstellen kun je als de beste.
- Je bent een echte teamspeler en het idee om met alle partijen samen te werken als 'ONE team' spreekt je duidelijk aan.
- Je bent Nederlandstalig of Franstalig en je beheerst ook het Engels, de taal die we gebruiken bij de communicatie met het team IT-ontwikkeling.
