We are looking for a Functional Technical Analyst, who will bridge the gap between customer requirements and our technical platform. We like to delight our customers in these fast-paced times, so you'll be working together with your TenForce colleagues, remaining a true sparring partner for your customers
A glimpse of your responsibilities:
- Based on your functional understanding of our platform, you help customers identify their requirements and propose solutions.
- Untangle complex business processes and propose creative solutions in our flexible platform during customer workshops.
- From functional analysis & defining features to delivering specifications & user stories to the customers, your hands-on approach is your biggest driver.
- You collaborate very closely with the software engineers and the QA team to ensure customer satisfaction all the way to production.
- A drive to tackle complex requirements with sustainable solutions.
- Ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures of varying complexity.
- Ability to work across this delivery landscape, which includes and is not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support, and Deployment.
- Good knowledge of Software Development methodologies.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- 2+ years of relevant experience working in an Agile model for a Software Development team.
- You have affinity with or a background in engineering.
- Somebody living in Belgium, fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English, French is a plus.

- Our main office is based in lovely Leuven, 1 minute away from the train station and close to a lively student community, but you can also work remotely when you prefer.
