About the role As a Billing and Collections Specialist for Benelux, you are responsible for day-to-day execution of invoicing and collection processes. You maintain contact with customers, follow up on outstanding items and identify deviations or payment problems in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: Billing & Invoicing Drafting, checking and sending sales invoices. Processing contract changes and corrections. Checking billing data in the ERP system. Support with month-end closings. Collections & Credit management Follow-up of outstanding invoices and payment reminders. Liaising with customers by telephone and in writing about payments. Registering and following up on payment agreements. Identifying disputes and passing them on to the right internal department. Administration & Reporting Maintaining and updating customer and payment data. Preparation of simple reports, such as outstanding items and aging lists. Collaborate with senior colleagues in cash flow monitoring. Your profile You are confident with your interpersonal skills and strongly motivated to further develop yourself within finance. At work you are structured, well-organized and detail-oriented. What do you bring? Language skills: Fluent English, Dutch and French (both orally and in writing). Experience in invoicing and credit management. Education: Degree and/ or certifications related to finance. IT Skills: Good knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP systems.
