Maintenance Lead

Voor Nippon Shokubai, een mooie speler in de chemie, zijn wij op zoek naar een Maintenance Lead. Als Maintenance Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van dedagelijkse werking binnen de onderhoudsafdeling. Je stuurt vijf maintenance coördinatoren aan, die op hun beurt techniekers en externe (mechanische) contractoren begeleiden. Jij zorgt voor duidelijke richting, een goede samenwerking en efficiënte uitvoering van het onderhoud. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de plant operationeel blijft dankzij een gestructureerde aanpak van zowelpreventieve als curatieve werken. Je stemt af met productie en bewaakt de balans tussen onderhoud en operationele continuïteit, steeds met aandacht voor veiligheid. Daarnaast: Coach je je team met oog voor onderlinge samenwerking. Je weet vertrouwen en respect op te bouwen, speelt in op verschillende persoonlijkheden en werkt aan een constructieve teamsdynamiek. Beheer je het onderhoudsbudget en zie je toe op cost controlling op werken uitgevoerd door het eigen team en van de eigen infrastructuur. Je bereidt raamcontracten mee voor en stuurt externe contractoren aan waar nodig, inclusief het opvolgen van vergunningen. Stel je rapportages op (SAP, Power BI) om prestaties op te volgen en opportuniteiten voor verbetering te detecteren. Blijf je zichtbaar op de werkvloer , zeker bij urgente situaties waar snel ingrijpen nodig is. Je rapporteert aan de Maintenance Manager en werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen de productie, engineering en procurement. Jouw profiel Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting (elektromechanica, industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur) of gelijkwaardige ervaring. Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een onderhoudsafdeling in een gelijkaardige productie- of procesomgeving, en je hebt al een leidinggevende rol opgenomen. Je bent een coachende leidinggevende: je geeft richting, motiveert en creëert een werksfeer waarin mensen het beste van zichzelf geven. Je communiceert duidelijk en weet vlot samen te werken met verschillende gesprekspartners. Je houdt van structuur en tegelijk van actie: plannen, opvolgen, maar ook snel schakelen als het nodig is Je bent vertrouwd met SAP en weet data te vertalen naar concrete acties.
