Freelance Medior SharePoint / Information Management analyst The medior SharePoint / information Management analyst is a member of the Enterprise Information Management team. The main deliverables are: Apply Information Management and Records Management best practices on Microsoft 365 platforms Create training material for different target audiences based on information management policies and best practices. Give training to different target audiences. Collaborate in projects to implement best practices and new technologies. Contact, support and driving change with EIM local administrator community. Translate business requirements into functional and technical documentation, that can be applied on SharePoint Online, MS Teams and/or Power Platform. Supporting the EIM team to resolve both functional and technical issues in SharePoint Online, MS Teams and other related Microsoft 365 tools. Technical skills Microsoft SharePoint Solutions Microsoft MS Teams SharePoint Online (apps, search) Microsoft Copilot 365 Experience A proven experience (> 3 years) in: Applying information management best practices, creation of training material, translating business needs into functional and technical documentation in a SharePoint Online environment, training end users in Information Management, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Additional Details: START DATE: ASAP DURATION: Long term CONTRACT: Freelance ONSITE POLICY: Brussels (flexible remote working) HOURS PER WEEK: Full time LANGUAGES: (Dutch or French) and English INTERVIEW PROCESS: One stage If you are interested or know anyone who could be a good fit please send your CV to matthew@Kodastaff.com
