Als SAP HXM Application Support Engineer bij Flexso
Ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt van de klant voor al hun vragen binnen de SAP HXM suite. In nauwe samenwerking met je team help je de klant het beste te halen uit hun HR-applicaties en extensies zoals SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM en SAP Concur. Door jouw ervaring, expertise en het op de voet volgen van de nieuwste releases en functionaliteiten maak je bedrijfsprocessen beter en ontzorg je de klant van begin tot eind. Je analyseert de noden vanuit de business en brengt de impact van innovaties en evoluties duidelijk in kaart. Je geeft advies op maat en helpt het SAP landschap op langere termijn mee uit te bouwen.
Geen enkele dag is dezelfde. Je komt in contact met tal van klanten met elk hun eigen SAP HXM landschap en eigen HR-processen. Als specialist ter zake, duik je dieper in het systeem van de klant en ondersteun je hen bij zowel het oplossen van operationele specifieke vragen (2e en 3e lijn ondersteuning) als verbeteringsprojecten (grote change requests).
Je komt terecht in een vast en sterk team waar ervaren functionele en technische experten hun kennis met elkaar delen en zo elkaar versterken. Op basis van jouw voorkeur, verdiep je je in het functionele of technische luik en deel je nadien maar al te graag jouw verworven inzichten met je collega's. Maar geen zorgen, ook jij blijft evolueren.
Wat verwachten we?
- Je beschikt over de juiste hands-on mentaliteit. Ervaring als consultant of relevante kennis binnen de SAP HXM suite is een troef maar geen must.
- Je denkt analytisch en oplossingsgericht. Je bent bereid om op zelfstandige basis dingen uit te pluizen en houdt ervan om projecten snel en efficiënt tot een goed einde te brengen.
- Je durft kritisch zijn en vragen stellen.
- Je bent flexibel, gemotiveerd en positief ingesteld.
- Je bent transparant en communiceert helder en frequent naar de klant en collega's.
- Je bent hulpvaardig en bouwt langdurige relaties op met collega's en klanten.
- Je spreekt Nederlands of Frans, en ook het Engels beheers je uitstekend.
