Verantwoordelijkheden Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor vragen, storingen en projecten rond infrastructuur, zowel lokaal als op andere Belgische sites indien nodig. Je staat in voor het opzetten, configureren en onderhouden van servers, netwerken, opslagomgevingen, firewalls, draadloze systemen, back-ups en IT-faciliteiten zoals UPS-systemen, bekabeling, racks en koeling. Je volgt dagelijks de prestaties van de infrastructuur op, identificeert risico’s en werkt oplossingen uit om de omgeving stabiel en betrouwbaar te houden. Je ontwikkelt infrastructuuroplossingen die overeenstemmen met interne standaarden en stemt hierover af met Automation-teams voor OT-gerelateerde componenten. Je werkt nauw samen met de Senior System Administrator van het centrale hub-team om continuïteit, failover-capaciteit en herstelprocedures te garanderen. Je neemt de leiding over projecten zoals netwerkvernieuwingen, vernieuwing van datacenter-componenten en hybride cloud-implementaties, inclusief coördinatie van externe partners. Je zorgt voor duidelijke en actuele technische documentatie, noodprocedures en compliance-ondersteuning, onder andere met betrekking tot NIS2. Je draagt bij aan de lange-termijnvisie op infrastructuur, inclusief meerjarenplanning, budgettering en modernisering van datacenter-omgevingen. Je werkt samen met Cyber Security, SecOps en businessverantwoordelijken om beveiliging, compliance en betrouwbare IT-ondersteuning te waarborgen. Profiel Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in IT of infrastructuur, of een gelijkwaardige ervaring. Je hebt ongeveer 12 tot 15 jaar ervaring binnen infrastructuurbeheer. Kennis van omgevingen met industriële of OT-componenten (bv. productie, procesindustrie) is een duidelijke troef. Je hebt doorgedreven expertise in Cisco-netwerken, VMware-omgevingen, enterprise-storage, back-ups en virtualisatieplatformen. Je bent vertrouwd met noodherstel, hoge beschikbaarheid, OT-infrastructuur en fysieke IT-faciliteiten zoals racks, bekabeling en datacenterbeheer. Je bent in staat om infrastructuurprojecten zelfstandig te plannen, op te volgen en technisch uit te voeren. Je denkt proactief, analyseert problemen grondig en grijpt in vóór er incidenten ontstaan. Je kan vlot schakelen tussen technische teams, zakelijke stakeholders en externe leveranciers. Je functioneert zowel als hands-on engineer als strategische gesprekspartner voor infrastructuur binnen België en Europa. Certificaten in domeinen zoals Cisco, VMware of Microsoft Azure zijn een meerwaarde. Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels vlot; kennis van Frans is een sterk pluspunt.
