Nexeo Belgium is a consulting company supporting clients in the banking, finance, insurance, and public sectors throughout their transformation projects. We are currently looking for a Junior Content Manager / Online Publisher to join the Marketing & Communications team of a leading organization in Brussels. Mission Context The Content team ensures that all digital channels—including websites and email campaigns—deliver a strong brand image, engaging experience, and optimal customer interaction. As a Content Manager, you will manage digital content, ensure its quality, and contribute to enhancing online engagement, acquisition, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams and support CMS migrations while continuously looking for content and usability improvements. Key Responsibilities Publish and maintain content across websites and email campaigns Ensure content supports online sales, acquisition, and customer satisfaction Collaborate with marketing teams to propose creative solutions and optimizations Perform quality checks on content, structure, and design for consistency Support CMS migrations and contribute to continuous digital channel improvements Maintain accurate administrative follow-up of digital projects Profile Languages French – Fluent Dutch – Fluent or good understanding English – Fluent Experience & Skills Mandatory 3+ years of experience in digital content management or online publishing Experience with CMS systems (WordPress, OpenText, Adobe Experience Manager) Affinity with digital tools and online trends Understanding of usability, accessibility, and online customer behavior Nice to have Knowledge of SEO, Webanalytics, HTML/CSS, Javascript, Photoshop Soft Skills Independent, organized, and attentive to detail Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented Strong communication and collaboration skills Able to multi-task and meet deadlines Team player focused on high-quality results This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, collaborative team, develop expertise in digital content management, and have a direct impact on online communication and customer experience. #ContentManager #DigitalMarketing #OnlinePublishing #CMS #Marketing #CustomerExperience #Nexeo #CareerOpportunity #HybridWork
