Azuro rekruteert een medewerker strategy en SEO (strategic execution office) binnen verzekeringen. Je maakt deel uit van een team dat verantwoordelijk is voor het uitwerken, realiseren en monitoren van het strategisch plan binnen het domein Levensverzekeringen. Je coördineert de opmaak van het strategisch meerjarenplan en het jaarlijks actieplan. Je helpt de lijnmanagers in het vertalen van de bedrijfsstrategie naar hun eigen verantwoordelijkheidsdomein. Je onderbouwt de strategie aan de hand van data en analyses. Je definieert KPI' s en doelstellingen en je ondersteunt in de uitwerking van een KPI dashboard om progressie in het bereiken van de geformuleerde doelstellingen te monitoren. Je onderzoekt afwijkingen in de realisaties (vb. actuals versus forecasts) en je bespreekt resultaten met het lijnmanagement. Waar nodig geef je ook duiding aan de hogere directie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alle communicatie rond de strategische plannen. Je communiceert over de inhoud van het strategisch plan met verschillende doelgroepen (directie, raad van bestuur, medewerkers, lijnmanagers, enz...). Je werkt presentaties uit en je geeft waar nodig ook zelf presentaties. Je coördineert en monitort strategische projecten of projecten met een transversale impact. Je onderzoekt business opportuniteiten of productinnovaties. Daarnaast hou je je ook op de hoogte van vernieuwingen en evoluties die een impact kunnen hebben op de verzekeringsbusiness (concurrentie analyses, productinnovatie, distributiestrategieën, insurtech-innovaties, maatschappelijke trends, innovaties op het vlak van data-intelligence, impact van artificiële intelligentie, ...). Je beschikt over een masterdiploma bij voorkeur in een financieel-economische richting. Je kan terugbuigen op minimum 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in de bank- of verzekeringssector. Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Je hebt bij voorkeur enige ervaring in audit, controlling, finance, projectmanagement, product management of strategie. Je bent resultaatgericht en hecht veel belang aan kwaliteit. Dankzij je analytische en synthetische vaardigheden leer je snel. Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook vlot in nauwe samenwerking met verschillende teams. Dankzij je relationele en netwerkvaardigheden integreer je je gemakkelijk in een bestaande structuur. Je kan vlot werken met Microsoft Office-toepassingen (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, ...). Je gaat aan de slag met een vast contract van onbepaalde duur. Een functie met de nodige visibiliteit binnen de organisatie. Je zal meewerken aan de toekomststrategie van de verzekeringsactiviteiten. Een cafeteriaplan biedt de mogelijkheid om je arbeidsvoorwaarden af te stemmen op je individuele behoeften.
