Als IT Management Support Coördinator ondersteun je IT Infrastructure Management bij de dagelijkse administratie en zorg je voor een vlotte uitvoering van interne processen. Je fungeert als een schakel tussen het management en het projectteam en zorgt voor effectieve communicatie, coördinatie en overzicht. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met de IT Infrastructure Unit Manager en de Project Portfolio Manager. Dankzij jouw organisatorische vaardigheden en proactieve aanpak draag je bij aan een efficiënte IT-infrastructuur en succesvolle projectrealisatie.

Kernverantwoordelijkheden
  • Beheren van dagelijkse administratieve taken binnen IT Infrastructure Management.
  • Opstellen en bijhouden van documentatie, zoals notulen, rapporten en presentaties.
  • Ondersteunen bij IT-budgetbeheer, facturatie en inkoopprocessen.
  • Zorgen voor een gestructureerde en efficiënte uitvoering van Project en Portfolio Management processen.
  • Identificeren en oplossen van knelpunten in IT Project en Portfolio workflows.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt tussen IT Infrastructure Management en het projectteam.
  • Monitoren van projectvoortgang en deadlines en voorzien van regelmatige statusupdates.
  • Coördineren van communicatie tussen het projectteam en andere afdelingen.
  • Assisteren bij het opstellen van planningen, roadmaps en voortgangsrapportages.
  • Ondersteunen bij de planning en toewijzing van resources aan diverse projecten.
Organisatie & Planning
  • Plannen en organiseren van teamvergaderingen, technische sessies en managementworkshops.
  • Voorbereiden van vergaderstukken, notuleren en opvolgen van actiepunten.
  • Assisteren bij de implementatie van nieuwe managementtools en processen.
Must-Have Vereisten
  • Aantoonbare ervaring als IT Project Manager.
  • Ervaring in een ondersteunende of coördinerende rol binnen een IT-omgeving.
  • Kennis van ITIL-processen en ondersteuning van projectmanagement.
  • Ervaring met IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Ervaring met rapportage- en besluitvormingsprocessen.
  • Kennis van RFP- en leveranciersselectieprocessen.
  • Bekend met Service-Level Agreements (SLA's).
  • Kennis van IT-infrastructuur (virtualisatie, opslag, cloud, etc.).
  • Ervaring met Jira, Omnitracker, Planview en teststrategieën.
  • Ervaring in de Utilities sector.
Talen
  • Vloeiend Frans of Nederlands, met een goede beheersing van de andere taal.
  • Goede kennis van technisch Engels in een professionele omgeving.
