Voor deze complexe en maatschappelijk relevante organisatie zijn we op zoek naar een Head of Accounting, Tax & Corporate Finance. In deze rol sta je centraal in de financiële werking en word je een sleutelfiguur in de strategische toekomst van het bedrijf. Het unieke aan deze functie is de combinatie van klassieke financiële verantwoordelijkheden met een sterk strategisch luik. Jouw rol Als Head of Accounting, Tax & Corporate Finance: Leid je een team van 34 professionals binnen Accounting, Reporting, Fiscaliteit en Corporate Finance, en zorgt voor coaching, motivatie en de verdere ontwikkeling van hun competenties. Ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de boekhouding (IFRS & BeGaap), consolidatie en wettelijke financiële rapporteringen. Adviseer je directies rond over de financiële implicaties van hun projecten, zoals waarderingen van entiteiten, financiële analyses van investeringsprojecten en de financiële impact van belangrijke contracten. Neem je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor alle fiscale aangelegenheden binnen de groep, waaronder vennootschapsbelasting, btw en overige relevante fiscale verplichtingen. Rapporteer je op het hoogste niveau en fungeer je als strategische sparringpartner van het topmanagement. Wie zoeken we? Een financieel leider met +15 jaar relevante ervaring, idealiter een combinatie van enkele jaren in een Big 4-omgeving en enkele jaren in een corporate omgeving (productie of infrastructuur). Diepgaande expertise in IFRS en BeGaap, aangevuld met een solide begrip van fiscaliteit. Een sterke, mature people manager die teams weet te motiveren en richting geeft. Communicatief en analytisch sterk, met het vermogen om complexe materie helder te vertalen naar bestuur, raad van bestuur en commissarissen. Je communiceert vlot in één van beide landstalen en kan in de andere landstaal helder presenteren, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Een goede kennis van het Engels is een troef.
