We are seeking an Expert AI Engineer ready to technically lead the design, optimization, and secure deployment of mission-critical AI systems within a complex environment. Your focus will be on translating intricate business requirements into intelligent, governed solutions that deliver measurable value. Available to start: February 1st, 2026. What You Bring (Skills & Experience) Your expertise directly aligns with the requirement for a Technical Lead focused on reliable, cost-effective, and secure AI deployment: Technical Leadership: Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams to design and operationalize end-to-end AI solutions. Solution Architecture: Ability to translate business use-cases into optimal, standardized application architectures, prioritizing security, re-use, and simplicity. ️ Key Technical Stacks (Expert Level): Cloud AI Expertise: Extensive experience with Azure AI Services, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Document Intelligence, and Azure AI Foundry. Generative AI Development: Expert knowledge of GenAI core building blocks: LLMs, RAG implementation, prompt engineering, chunking & indexing, and search & ranking techniques. Infrastructure & MLOps: Expert knowledge of the Azure Cloud Platform (networking, security) and deployment via Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform). Proficient in Databricks (including Mosaic AI, PySpark, SQL) and orchestration. Application & Low-Code: End-to-end development skills (back- and front-end) and high-level knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, embedded AI services). Methodology: Strong background in Scrum/Kanban, test-driven development, and Continuous Integration practices. Why Join Wonka AI?
