We are looking for an experienced Senior IT & Customer Support Manager to join our client in Brussels (50% onsite). Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level end-user assistance and support for information systems.Manage and support IT and audio-visual equipment in meeting rooms.Handle ticketing system requests efficiently (SMT experience is a plus).Collaborate with international, multi-cultural teams to ensure smooth operations.Required Skills & Experience:Minimum of 18 years of professional experience.Proven expertise in IT support and end-user assistance.Knowledge of office automation tools (MS Office).Strong communication and writing skills.Familiarity with IT domains and AV/multimedia technologies.Experience with ticketing systems (SMT preferred), Horizon, MIRA, and Coral.Ability to quickly integrate into teams and work independently.
