Your journey with us:
- Manage the team by assisting them with the prioritization of Service Requests, by planning ahead the workload of each team across our different clients;
- Help drive the application activities across our market solutions;
- Participate in the go to market activities with our client and by aligning with our Project teams, driving workshops with our clients and manage to understand their needs, and managing the contractual negotiations;
- Manage the backlog of services requests across our externals and internal clients, engage with the clients and the teams to ensure they are solved in a timely manner;
- Assist the delivery of solutions with a cross-functional and diverse team maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders;
- Undertake activities that mainly consist in performing thorough research & analyses on client solutions (qualitative and quantitative), facilitating workshops & client discussions, synthesizing results into recommendations for our clients and helping them and the Operate team during the implementing of identified recommendations;
- Coach junior colleagues who start on Performance management projects and manage their onboarding.
Let's talk about you:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business / Commerce, Technology or Accounting;
- Minimum 5 years experience in Consulting and/or Service Delivery;
- Relevant experience with Finance tools such as Anaplan, SAP Group Reporting, SAP SAC, Oracle, Cognos,...;
- Solving problems attitude, constantly learning new things and result oriented, strive by the delivering the highest quality of services and working in a Managed Services or Customer Support environment;
- Very good communication and analytical skills, dynamic and proactive attitude, i.e. someone who looks to 'get things done' and takes pride in their work;
- Enjoy coaching and managing teams as well as being in contact with customers;
- Bilingual Dutch/French and fluent in English.
