Ta mission ? Être le lien clé entre les équipes métier et IT et contribuer à la conception de solutions fonctionnelles robustes, conformes et orientées valeur. Tes missions au quotidien : Analyse & compréhension métier Recueillir, analyser et challenger les besoins des stakeholders Comprendre les processus existants et identifier les axes d'amélioration Intégrer les contraintes réglementaires dès la phase de conception Conception fonctionnelle Rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles claires (AS-IS / TO-BE, user stories, process) Traduire les besoins métier en solutions fonctionnelles exploitables par l'IT Participer aux phases de validation et d'acceptation Collaboration & coordination Être l'interlocuteur fonctionnel privilégié entre métier et IT Animer des workshops et réunions de travail Contribuer à la gouvernance projet et au suivi des livrables Qualité & amélioration continue Veiller à la cohérence fonctionnelle des solutions Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et des pratiques Garantir la qualité et la conformité des livrables Le profil recherché ? Nous recherchons avant tout une personne alignée avec l'ADN d'eXalt : engagée, structurée, curieuse et à l'aise dans des environnements complexes. Formation supérieure (Master ou équivalent) Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Functional Analyst Expérience en environnement réglementé (banque ou assurance) Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de structuration et de communication Français et anglais courants 🇧🇪 Néerlandais : niveau professionnel correct Pourquoi rejoindre eXalt ?
