Senior Commissioning Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Commissioning Lead to join an exciting client on a 80MW Hyperscale Data Center project in Belgium. You will be in charge of the Commissioning across the project as a whole and will be acting on side of the PMC. In this role, you will: Develop and implement the overall commissioning strategy, plans, and procedures for the project. Drive the end-to-end commissioning process, managing scope, programme, and quality assurance requirements. Facilitate coordination between design, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless system integration. Provide independent oversight of client-appointed commissioning teams and third-party vendors, acting as the client's representative. Review and approve detailed commissioning scripts, test procedures, and associated documentation. Conduct regular site inspections to review QA/QC standards and commissioning activities. Attend key project meetings, monitor progress, and proactively identify and resolve issues. Track, manage, and report on commissioning milestones, budgets, risks, and interdependencies. Ensure all commissioning activities comply with client standards, safety requirements, and industry best practices. Build strong working relationships with project stakeholders, promoting collaboration, transparency, and trust. We would love to hear from you if you: Have proven experience managing commissioning on large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects. Possess strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including UPS, switchgear, generators, cooling systems, and other critical infrastructure. Are capable of developing and executing detailed commissioning scripts, procedures, and schedules. Hold a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or have equivalent industry experience. Demonstrate excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy building long-term professional relationships. Are currently based in, or willing to relocate to, Farciennes and have the legal right to work in the region
