Customer Operations Manager, Benelux

Als Customer Operations Manager leid je diverse Order-to-Cash processen aangaande de (in)directe verkoop en distributie van onze diergeneesmiddelen richting groothandelaren, corporate accounts en dierenartsenpraktijken. In samenspraak met jouw sales collega's onderhoud je de contacten met deze partners. Jij bent ons vaste aanspreekpunt voor de veterinaire groothandels in Nederland en België. Je verzorgt met jouw team (6 FTE) alle processen rondom het plaatsen en verwerken van orders, service issues, out of stocks, betalingsvoorwaarden en de correcte opvolging van ons commercieel beleid. Je bent onderdeel van het Benelux Management Team en draagt bij aan het behalen van onze strategische doelstellingen. De volgende kernverantwoordelijkheden zijn de jouwe:
- Customer Excellence: je zet alles op alles voor een uitmuntende klantbeleving, het correct opvolgen van contracten en het uitvoeren van afgesproken service levels;
- Channel Management: je geeft richting aan onze groothandelsstrategie en -beleid;
- Network: je ontwikkelt een groot in- en extern netwerk, vraagt en ontvangt feedback;
- Financial Management: je bent betrokken bij het behalen van budgetten en targets;
- Operational Excellence: je signaleert kansen en volgt verbeterprocessen op;
- Sales Support: jouw team ondersteunt op diverse vlakken de business units.

Functie-eisen:
- Ervaren manager op het gebied van customer services;
- Expert is het inrichten en uitvoeren van Order-to-Cash processen;
- Jij zet de klant centraal in de ontwikkeling van jouw team;
- Ruime ervaring in het zelf opvolgen van commerciële klantafspraken;
- Je bent gestructureerd, analytisch, communicatief sterk en dienstverlenend;
- Van nature ben jij positief ingesteld, ambitieus, relatie- en oplossingsgericht;
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, Frans is een pré.
