This role offers an outstanding opportunity for a transformational technical leader to drive change and performance at a large industrial site in the Liège area.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire a team of about 150 technical specialists, promoting a culture of collaboration, autonomy, and continuous improvement.Shape and execute the strategic vision for technical services, modernizing structures and processes in alignment with the site's transformation plan.Manage cross-functional departments: engineering, new projects, central maintenance, and technical expertise.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards; champion proactive risk prevention and energy transition initiatives.Oversee budgets, optimize costs, and secure the success of industrial investments.ProfileMaster's degree or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance.At least 8 years' relevant experience, including technical project and team management.Strong leadership in driving change, team empowerment, and operational excellence.Fluency in French and English required.This position is ideal for a forward-thinking manager passionate about leading transformative change in industrial environments.
