A medior-level .NET and Python developer is required to support ongoing application development and integration initiatives within a major European energy-sector organization. The consultant will work within existing teams to build and maintain high‐quality solutions, following internal development standards and ensuring robust, maintainable code.Job Description Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend and full‐stack components using .NET 8 and Python. Work with relational and non-relational databases, including SQL Server and MongoDB. Implement and maintain asynchronous communication using RabbitMQ. Ensure code quality, maintainability, security, and adherence to internal development standards. Collaborate with analysts, developers, and operational teams. Take ownership of assigned tasks and participate in team ceremonies. Qualifications Required Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with .NET 8. Proficiency in Python. Solid knowledge of SQL Server. Experience with MongoDB. Experience using RabbitMQ or similar messaging technologies. Soft Skills Strong communication skills. Accountability and ownership of deliverables. Languages Candidates must be fluent in English and possess one of the following language combinations: Fluent French with passive understanding of Flemish, or Fluent Flemish with passive understanding of French.
