Medior Odoo Developer Permanent Contract Brussels We build enterprise software solutions designed to improve the performance of small and mid-sized companies, mainly by leveraging Odoo and custom-built applications. We customize existing modules and also create vertical solutions tailored to specific industries. Based in Brussels, we manage mid-sized projects. We are looking for a Medior Developer (2 to 5 years of experience) who wants to join us and who will collaborate closely with our CTO and a Senior Developer. Your Role As a Medior Developer, you will contribute to the development, customization, and implementation of Odoo-based solutions and our internal products. Your work will include both technical analysis and customer-facing activities. Your Responsibilities • Develop and customize Odoo applications to meet client requirements. • Analyze business processes and propose robust, scalable technical solutions. • Contribute to architectural choices and technical decisions alongside the CTO and the senior developers. • Configure Odoo modules and implement required integrations. • Write both technical and functional documentation. • Deliver demos and lead training sessions following the "train-the-trainer" approach. • Ensure code quality through testing, best practices, and code reviews. • Coordinate a small offshore team based in India. • Participate in client calls (requirements gathering, follow-up, demonstrations). • Support continuous improvement of our delivery capabilities. Profile We Are Looking For Technical Skills • 2 to 5 years of software development experience within the Odoo ecosystem. • Strong knowledge of Python and good skills in JavaScript. • Experience building enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, API integrations, etc.). • Ability to understand and formalize business processes. • Interest in collaborative work, including coordination with offshore teams. Soft Skills • Comfortable interacting with clients (calls, technical explanations, demos). • Interest in project management and client relationship management. • Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset. • Autonomous, yet able to rely on senior developers when needed. • Strong willingness to learn quickly and grow within Odoo and our vertical products. • Excellent communication in French and good level of English. • No driving license required.
