As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the IT team and you report to the Head of IT.
Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for giving support on SAP finance-related modules (FICO) and for implementing various initiatives in this domain (processes, changes and technical upgrades).
As Product Owner of one or more digital applications, you will consult the Key Users and Business Owners to establish and analyse detailed needs and requirements. You translate the business requirements into functional requirements that the external partner(s) can work with. Your focus extends beyond financial processes alone. You want to understand new processes quickly and explore how they can be efficiently integrated into the organisation.
You want to understand the latest technologies and evaluate how they can be deployed to further shape WDP's 'Warehouses with Brains'.
In your capacity as project manager you will collaborate on and supervise IT & Digital projects. You bring in and manage external consultants where necessary.
You understand and translate the needs of the operational teams and proactively contribute to the optimisation of business processes (including digitisation and automation).
You will provide the Key Users with 2nd line support where necessary. You ensure that your Key Users receive the necessary training to perform their tasks correctly.
You will work closely with internal Business Owners.
Requirements- You have a master's degree or equivalent experience. In addition, you have a proven track record and/or are very passionate about IT & Digital.
- You have extensive experience as an IT Business Analyst in a SAP environment, in which SAP experience in the FICO module is a requirement. Knowledge of SAP REFX (Flexible Real Estate) and SAP BW is an asset.
- You have highly developed analytical skills and quickly understand business issues so that you are able to provide user-friendly solutions. You have a keen interest in new technologies.
- You are able to work in a structured and project-based manner. You are very result-oriented and pragmatic. You have a real 'can-do' mentality.
- You are able to foster good relationships with both internal and external parties.
- You are fluent in Dutch and can also express yourself fluently in English.
- You are stress-resistant, flexible, and can work to deadlines.
