  • You enforce safety, health, and environmental protocols on all projects.
  • You translate client expectations into actionable plans while adhering to quality standards.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that all project timelines are consistently achieved.
  • You serve as a central communicator for your teams, especially regarding internal guidelines.
  • You contribute to the training, development, and assessment of team members.
  • You promote and exemplify the company's core values, particularly the importance of respect and professionalism.
  • You maintain high standards for cleanliness and proper use of equipment on site.
    • Required Education: A degree in Construction (Bachelor's level) or equivalent practical experience.
    • Professional Experience: Previous experience in a technical field with some involvement in team leadership is an advantage.
    • Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work with a variable schedule.
    • Languages: Proficiency in both French and English is required; Dutch is an asset.
    • Skills: Strong organizational abilities; focused on safety, quality, and results; excellent team management skills; proactive and responsible.
    • Other Requirements: Comfortable with IT tools and holding a valid Category B driver's license.
