Voor deze vestiging in Merksem zoeken we een Inside Technical Data & Sales Officer, met d oorgroeimogelijkheid naar Operations Manager Doel van de functie Als Inside Technical Data & Sales Officer ben je een sleutelfiguur tussen sales, operations, data en klanten . Je combineert technisch-commerciële ondersteuning met datagedreven inzichten en draagt actief bij aan het optimaliseren van interne processen. Deze functie is ideaal voor iemand met analytisch inzicht, technische affiniteit en groeipotentieel , die op middellange termijn wil doorgroeien naar een coördinerende en sturende rol binnen Operations . Kernverantwoordelijkheden 1. Inside Sales & Technische Ondersteuning Eerste aanspreekpunt voor industriële klanten (telefonisch & digitaal) Technisch-commercieel advies rond producten, toepassingen en alternatieven Opmaak en opvolging van offertes , orders en prijsafspraken Nauwe samenwerking met buitendienst sales 2. Master Data & Productbeheer Beheer en optimalisatie van artikel- en klantdata (ERP, PIM, CRM) Correcte invoer en onderhoud van: Artikelcodes, technische fiches, prijslijsten, contractprijzen en condities Prijsstructuren, kortingen en klantafspraken Signaleren en oplossen van datakwaliteitsproblemen 3. Data-analyse & Rapportering Analyseren van: Verkoopdata Marges Omloopsnelheid Stockniveaus Opstellen van dashboards en rapporten ter ondersteuning van: Salesstrategie Aankoopbeslissingen Operationele optimalisaties 4. Procesoptimalisatie & Operations Support Actieve bijdrage aan het verbeteren van: Orderflow Leverbetrouwbaarheid Stockbeheer Fungeren als brug tussen sales, logistiek en aankoop Meewerken aan ERP-verbeteringen en digitalisatieprojecten 5.
