Dan is deze uitdaging iets voor jou Voor een toonaangevende producent in de voedingsindustrie, die sterk inzet op innovatie en internationale expansie, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven en dynamische Demand Planner. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van het Demand Planning-proces voor de productievestigingen in België en Nederland. Je werkt nauw samen met de Sales-afdeling en verzamelt essentiële gegevens om een effectief S&OP-plan op te stellen en op te volgen met de betrokken stakeholders. Op basis van historische gegevens en input van klanten maak je een accurate forecast per klant en product op. Je zorgt voor het continu up-to-date houden van het forecast systeem obv veranderingen in de Supply Chain. Je evalueert de impact van nieuwe productlanceringen, promoties en marketingacties. Daarnaast neem je ook ownership over het S&OP poces binnen de organisatie dmv frequente & accurate rapportages. Je zorgt ervoor dat de belangen van sales & operations zo goed mogelijk op elkaar worden afgestemd. Bachelor of Master diploma in economie, supply chain of gerelateerde richting. Eerste ervaring binnen Supply Chain, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving. Planningservaring is een plus. Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een echte problem-solver. Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt initiatief en hebt een can-do-mentaliteit. Dmv je transparante en to-the-point communicatie werk je vlot samen met verschillende stakeholders. Zelfstandig, stressbestendig en als een vis in het water in een dynamische omgeving. Als ware team-player ga je samen met je collega's voor gemeenschappelijke doelen. Je werkt goed met Excel, ervaring met SAP is een plus. Met een sterke focus op innovatie en kwaliteit levert onze klant een breed assortiment aan producten voor zowel nationale als internationale markten.
