Are you ready to make a real impact in the world of eye care? We're seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Ophthalmic Specialist to drive growth and innovation in the ophthalmology market. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong relationships and is passionate about enhancing eye health for everyone.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Growth Champion : Take charge of ensuring Stellest products are prescribed throughout your region. Set ambitious targets and achieve volume goals with your strategic approach.
  • Engage & Inspire : Establish lasting connections with ophthalmologists throughvisits, fostering trust and positioning our products at the forefront of their minds.
  • Industry Advocate : Represent our brand at key congresses and events, networking with industry leaders and expanding your influence.
  • Event Architect : Plan and lead engaging events for ECPs and ophthalmologists, adhering to an annual plan and creating memorable experiences that resonate with attendees.
  • Relationship Maven : Build and nurture relationships with ophthalmologists, staying connected and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Sales Enabler : Empower our sales force with professional training and support, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to excel.
  • Captivating Presentations : Enthrall doctors with captivating presentations of new collections at least four times per year, sparking interest and excitement in our products.
  • Lead Generator : Seek out new leads and referrals from field activities, maintaining a comprehensive database to fuel future growth.
  • Industry Innovator : Play a key role in supporting local and international industry events, enhancing our brand's visibility and reputation.
  • Category Creator : Drive initiatives that grow the Myopia category, staying ahead of market trends and offering innovative solutions.
  • Team Collaborator : Bring positive energy to the team, fostering a world-class work environment and contributing to a collaborative culture.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • Inspirational Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Innovative Proposals : Capable of presenting fresh, bottom-up value propositions to your supervisors and peers.
  • Optometry Expertise : Bachelor's degree in optometry is essential.
  • Relevant Experience : Preferably experienced in medical affairs, particularly within the ophthalmic, surgical, or contact lens industry.
  • Communication Prowess : Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to connect with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Tech Savvy : Proficient with Apple iPad, PC, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Customer-Centric : Proven track record of providing outstanding customer care, ideally within the medical field.
  • Languages: FR & ENG, NL is a plus
