Je combineert vakmanschap met natuurlijk leiderschap en zorgt ervoor dat elke service vlot, smaakvol en professioneel verloopt. Wat je doet Aansturen en coachen van een klein keukenteam Coördineren van de keukenactiviteiten Creatieve gerechten bereiden en meedenken over nieuwe menu's Organiseren van de mise-en-place De service in goede banen leiden en gerechten doorgeven Waken over kwaliteit & naleving van Foodcode/HACCP Een gezond foodcost-beheer garanderen Administratieve opvolging: leverbonnen, facturatie, urenregistratie,...
