For an insurance office region Roeselare (West - Flanders), we are looking for a freelance Administrative Clerk with experience in insurance and/or claims expertise.
Your profile:
- You have at least 2 years of experience working in the insurance industry.
- You always work accurately and punctually.
- You are available 2 days/week, for at least 2 months, possibly renewable.
Your duties:
- Administrative support on insurance and claims files.
- Follow up on files and communication in this regard to clients.
- Address customers via phone and mail for their questions.
- Preparing quotes.
- Formatting of contracts.
- Monitor changes in policies.
- Enter all adjustments and changes into their system.
DNA of the company:
- Family business, with +/- 12 employees.
- Fun and collegial atmosphere.
- Hours from 8:30 a.m. to 12 & from 12:30 to 5:45 p.m., on Mondays until 5:30 p.m. and on Wednesday afternoons at home.
