Jouw Missie
Ben jij een analytische denker met een passie voor data en procesoptimalisatie? Sluit je aan bij onze Master Data Management (MDM)-afdeling en help Carrefour België uitblinken in het beheer van data
Als Master Data Governance Officer speel je een cruciale rol in ons MDM-team, dat verantwoordelijk is voor het beheer van artikel- en locatiegegevens en de uitvoering van promoties. Samen met het team zorg je ervoor dat productie, aanvragen, support, rapportage en prestaties soepel verlopen.
Jouw Verantwoordelijkheden
het opvolgen van de tickets vanuit de Helpdesk Data en de continue verbetering van de Quality data. het uitvoeren van gegevensanalyses het evalueren van processen het definiëren van noden en opsplitsen in meetbare subprojecten of taken het geven van aanbevelingen en oplossingen voor geïdentificeerde problemen Nauw samenwerken met de verschillende spelers: Data Stewards, Business, IT, enz. Deze rol is de analytische tegenhanger van de Demand Data Steward, die de zakelijke expertise belichaamt.Jouw profiel
Je hebt een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in het faciliteren van workshops, procesanalyse en -optimalisatie, diagnostiek en probleemoplossing Je hebt bewezen dat je kunt communiceren met een breed scala aan belanghebbenden en dat je de grenzen en mogelijkheden van onze afdeling begrijpt. Je spreekt Frans of Nederlands met uitgebreide kennis van de andere taal Je hebt affiniteit met processen, procedures en datakwaliteit Je hebt ervaring met Google en Excel + noties van SAP, PIM en/of Maxxing zijn een pluspunt Ervaring in de retailsector is een zeer sterk pluspuntOns aanbod
