Stop met dromen en kom ons team versterken Om ons departement Operations te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Performance Coordinator Aerodrome Operations. Opleidings-/trainingsprogramma's Aerodrome Operations Het voorbereiden, coördineren, opstellen en opvolgen van trainings- en oefenprogramma's voor het volledige team van Aerodrome Operations zodat deze programma's in lijn zijn met de geldende wetgeving (ICAO-EASA-DGLV-FOD WASO); een éénvormige training en opleiding over alle medewekers bereikt wordt; Het Aerodrome Operations personeel ten alle tijden voldoet aan de opgelegde opleidingen vanuit Compliance Hiervoor o.a. Opstellen coördineren, organiseren en uitvoeren van train de trainer programma's Opstellen coördineren, organiseren en uitvoeren van algemene vaktechnische oefen- en trainingsprogramma's Coördineren en opstellen van opleidings-/oefenfiches ism de Airside Services Manager, BCU Coordinator of Coordinator ASU. Het opstellen en opvolgen van opleidings- en evaluatieprogramma's voor o.a. nieuwe medewerkers bij AO en langdurige afwezige medewerkers bij terugkeer nieuwe functiehouders bij AO. 'Proficency check's Het optreden als 'technisch' evaluator om het individuele kennisniveau van een personeelslid van het Aerodrome team periodiek te peilen zodat het noodzakelijke kennisniveau steeds kan gewaarborgd worden, ook tegenover de regelgeving (ICAO-EASA-DGLV-FOD WASO) Hiervoor o.a. Het opstellen, uitvoeren en opvolgen van (individuele) technische evaluaties. Het opstellen van individuele technische evaluatierapporten en deze bespreken met de respectievelijke N+1 en indien nodig, vastleggen van een individueel opleidings-/oefentraject. Bijdragen aan verbeteringen van procedures Door de nauwe samenwerking met collega's in opleiding en de proficency check's een oog hebben voor mogelijk verbeteringen van bestaande procedures die het werk nog veiliger en/of effcienter zouden maken. Hiervoor concrete voorstellen maken en deze met de Process Manager uitwerken. Kennisniveau Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in de luchtvaart Grondige kennis van de topografie van de luchthaven Grondige kennis van de luchthaven reglementering zoals verkeersreglement, alsook de diverse procedures die gevolgd moeten worden bij het uitvoeren van opdrachten airside Grondige kennis van courante (intranet, mail, Office toepassingen, …) en specifieke software (ASK, Aviato, …) Kennis van opstellen, analyseren en rapporteren van statistieken. Gesproken en geschreven kennis van de 2de landstaal en het Engels In bezit van luchthavenrijbewijs (type B) Operationeel na 6 maanden Sterk op organisatorisch en administratief vlak Ordelijk en nauwgezet Zelfstandig kunnen werken Correct kunnen omgaan met mensen Samenwerken in teams (intern en extern) Duidelijke, begrijpbare presentaties geven op een aangename, boeiende wijze, enthousiasmeren Gaat je hart al sneller slaan?
