Customer Success Consultant bij HRlinkIT

HRlinkIT is een pionier op het gebied van innovatie in de recruitmenttechnologiesector. Wij combineren technologie, strategie en consultancy om de recruitmentprocessen van onze klanten te optimaliseren. In jouw rol als Customer Success Consultant ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, en werk je proactief aan het oplossen van problemen en het verbeteren van hun gebruikservaring. Jij zorgt ervoor dat klanten altijd tevreden zijn en succesvol gebruik maken van onze digitale oplossingen.

Wat ga je doen als Customer Succes Consultant?

  • Proactieve klantbegeleiding: Jij helpt klanten om succesvol gebruik te maken van hun ATS oplossing. Je begeleidt hen na de implementatie en zorgt voor een vlotte onboarding en training.
  • Probleemoplossing en technische ondersteuning: Jij speurt actief naar technische en operationele problemen, lost deze snel op en biedt klanten concrete oplossingen. Je denkt met ze mee en zorgt ervoor dat hun processen soepel blijven draaien.
  • Advies en optimalisatie: Je adviseert klanten over best practices en helpt hen nieuwe mogelijkheden te ontdekken in onze technologie, zodat ze hun recruitmentprocessen kunnen optimaliseren en efficiënter kunnen werken.
  • Training en ondersteuning: Jij biedt klanten trainingen aan om ze te helpen de volledige functionaliteit van onze producten te begrijpen en te benutten. Van onboarding tot geavanceerde trainingssessies, jij zorgt ervoor dat ze de tools volledig onder de knie krijgen.
  • Samenwerking met interne teams: Je werkt nauw samen met ons product- en technische team om klantfeedback door te geven en verbeteringen door te voeren die de klanttevredenheid verhogen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Ervaring en passie voor recruitment en technologie: Je hebt ervaring in een klantgerichte functie, bij voorkeur als recruiter of in een rol met technische support in de recruitmenttechnologiesector. Je hebt een passie voor technologie en weet hoe je dit kunt toepassen om klantproblemen op te lossen.
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen: Jij hebt het talent om snel problemen op te sporen en praktische oplossingen te bieden. Je denkt analytisch en bent in staat om technische vraagstukken begrijpelijk uit te leggen aan klanten.
  • Communicatieve vaardigheden: Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. Jij weet klanten op een duidelijke en klantgerichte manier te begeleiden.
  • Proactieve en klantgerichte instelling: Je hebt een proactieve houding en denkt altijd een stap vooruit. Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt initiatief om klantbehoeften te identificeren en hen te ondersteunen waar nodig.
  • Technische affiniteit: Je hebt een sterke interesse in technologie en kunt klanten helpen bij het configureren en optimaliseren van onze oplossingen, ook zonder diepgaande technische kennis.
  • Flexibiliteit: Je bent bereid om af en toe naar klanten te reizen en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
