Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  1. Klantenbeheer: je informeert en adviseert zowel onze klanten als bijverdieners/flexi's over ons platform.
  2. Dataregistratie: als we ooit naar de Bahama's willen dan moeten we streven naar dat 100% digitaal platform. Het correct bijhouden en verwerken van alle data in onze verschillende tools is cruciaal.
  3. Kwaliteit van de app: de app moet de klant ontzorgen, je kritische oor detecteert feedback en dat vertaalt zich in het voorstellen van oplossingen en verbeteringen.
  4. HR-advies: klanten adviseren op vlak van contracten, loonadministratie, preventie, ...

Hoe deze rol zal bijdragen aan onze missie:

  1. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en deelt je kennis over de app, onze planningstool, sociale wetgeving, preventie, …
  2. Je bent nauwkeurig in het bijhouden van data, dit zorgt ervoor dat we telkens kunnen optimaliseren.
  3. Door je dagelijks contact met klanten bouw je kennis op en draag je bij aan het verbeteren van onze app, hetzij op vlak van efficiëntie, nieuwe features of onze planningstool.
  4. Je deelt je inzichten met het productteam, marketingteam & management.
  5. Je begeleidt klanten bij het verdere gebruik van de app.
  6. Je bent sterk in administratie en staat in voor het opstellen van contracten, loonadministratie, invullen van sociale documenten.
  7. Je bent bereid om in het weekend te werken, dit zorgt ervoor dat we 24/7 service kunnen bieden. Het goede nieuws is dat je dit niet elk weekend hoeft te doen, dankzij een rotatiesysteem werk je ongeveer 5 weekends per jaar.

  7. Ben je vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands. Parate kennis Frans is een meevaller gezien we actief zijn over ganse België.
