We richten ons op informaticaliefhebbers die zich willen specialiseren in de digitalisering van de gezondheidszorg in België.
Als functioneel analist neem je deel aan de creatie en verbetering van de informaticatoepassingen die het beheer van de mutualiteit van de Spoorwegen ondersteunen.
Als ware schakel tussen de business en het ontwikkelingsteam is je rol cruciaal in het ontwikkelingsproces:
- Je werkt samen met de business experts om de behoeften te identificeren en te begrijpen. Je beheerst de IT-processen en kunt de impact van wijzigingen identificeren.
- Je identificeert de functionaliteiten die het product moet bieden om de eindgebruiker van dienst te zijn.
- Dankzij je technische kennis kun je de specificaties optimaal beschrijven die de realisatie vergemakkelijken. Als ervaren schrijver ben je nauwgezet in de duidelijkheid van je documenten.
- Je kan samenwerken, bent flexibel en hebt geen moeite om je werkmethode aan te passen aan de behoeften van je team.
Jouw taken bestaan uit:
- Workshops organiseren met de business experts om de behoeften te identificeren en te begrijpen.
- De functionaliteiten van het product identificeren en in kaart brengen.
- De functionele specificaties beschrijven waaraan het product moet voldoen.
- Workshops organiseren met het ontwikkelingsteam om de functionele en niet-functionele specificaties te presenteren en te bespreken.
- Samenwerken met het ontwikkelingsteam gedurende het hele project.
- De verschillende testscenario's definiëren en documenteren.
- De oplossingen testen om ervoor te zorgen dat ze aan de behoeften voldoen.
- De klant ondersteunen tijdens de validatiefase.
- De documentatie van de IT-processen up-to-date houden.
Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen een IT-afdeling en je hebt een bachelordiploma IT of een masterdiploma.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt voldoende kennis van het Frans om een document of een gesprek in het Frans te begrijpen. Je kunt ook technische documenten in het Engels begrijpen.
- Door een sterke ervaring in data-analyse hebben domeinmodellen, conceptuele en logische datamodellen en Use Cases voor jou geen geheimen meer.
- Je hebt een goed begrip van de basisconcepten van objectgeoriënteerd programmeren en termen zoals WebServices, API, REST, JSON, XSD/XML, SQL, Container, Mq Series, transactie, SOAP, ... maken deel uit van je vocabulaire.
- Je onderscheidt je door je analytische geest en je gevoel voor logica. Je houdt van leren en maakt snel vorderingen.
- Je communiceert op een duidelijke en gestructureerde manier en kan je communicatiestijl aanpassen aan je gesprekspartner.
- Je neemt graag het initiatief, toont ondernemingszin en doet voorstellen voor verbeteringen en innovaties.
- Je bent flexibel en kunt zelfstandig werken terwijl je geïntegreerd bent in je projectteam.

- Als je na screening van jouw cv en sollicitatiebrief voldoet aan het profiel dat wij zoeken, word je gevraagd een niet-eliminerende redeneertesten en een online persoonlijkheidsvragenlijst in te vullen.
- Vervolgens word je uitgenodigd voor een online interview waarin jouw belangstelling voor de functie en jouw vaardigheden en ervaring nader worden beoordeeld.
- Indien het online interview positief verloopt, nodigen we je graag uit voor een tweede gesprek in ons kantoor te Brussel. Dit gesprek zal worden voorafgegaan door een case-study.
- Als jij de kandidaat bent die wij zoeken, moet je ons nog enkele documenten bezorgen (uw diploma, strafblad, ...).
