Head of marketing

You will join the leadership team and actively contribute to long-term strategic decisions. At prado, we build invisible home technology for the world’s best architects. Since launching our first flagship product in 2021, we have expanded our portfolio into a fully integrated ecosystem of lighting, ventilation, power, and security solutions. Our strong R&D focus and strategic approach to M&A fuel our rapid growth, with a team of 60+ people operating across 8 markets today. To support our international growth and guide our next phase of scale-up, we are looking for an experienced Head of marketing to lead and refine our brand direction across all channels. As a senior marketing profile with a sharp eye for design, you will set the overarching strategy, coordinate specialist teams, and ensure alignment with both our founder and general manager. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how our story is told, ensuring cohesion across digital campaigns, physical experiences, and artistic output. With a deep understanding of premium brands and a strong affinity with the design or fashion world, you translate creative ambition into consistent brand performance. You lead through clarity and trust, allowing experts to thrive within their domain while keeping every element aligned. what you’ll do Define and implement the overarching marketing strategy Shape prado’s positioning across existing and emerging international marketsµ Coordinate and empower three expert units: art direction, brand experience, and digital marketing Ensure cross-team alignment and timely decision-making Guard consistency across all internal and external brand expressions Lead the brand roll-out for new product launches and strategic partnerships Manage the overall marketing budget and ensure strong return on investment what we’re looking for You have at least 10 years of experience in marketing strategy and team leadership You have worked in or closely with high-end design, fashion or architecture brands You combine strategic vision with operational clarity You are fluent in Dutch and English; strong command of French is an asset You bring confidence, structure, and sensitivity to aesthetics You know how to manage, motivate and inspire multidisciplinary teams what we offer prado is an ambitious, internationally expanding company with a dynamic and supportive culture.
