Dan is deze vacature iets voor jou Momenteel zijn wij op zoek naar een PROCESS MANAGER voor het Team van Preventieadviseurs Psychosociale Aspecten. (standplaats Brussel) Wat doe je ? Als Process Manager analyseer je de processen in de afdeling Psychosociaal Risicobeheer. Je brengt de processen in kaart, zorgt voor updates en globale coherentie. Je identificeert eventuele risico’s, stelt verbeteringen voor en implementeert deze in samenwerking met de nationale en regionale teams en de dienst quality. Je verzorgt de interne communicatie over deze processen en updates en controleert over de correcte toepassing ervan. Als Process Manager volg je eveneens de trends en relevante tools op het vlak van psychosociaal risicobeheer. Naast jouw taken als Process Manager werk je deels nog mee als Preventieadviseur Psychosociale Aspecten (+/- 20 %). Profiel Je beschikt over een diploma Master in de Psychologie of een Master waarvan het curriculum een belangrijk aandeel psychologie en sociologie omvat en een eerste specialisatie in de domeinen van arbeid en organisatie. Daarnaast beschik je over de aanvullende vorming voor Preventieadviseur “Psychosociale Aspecten” of je bent bereid deze opleiding te volgen. Je hebt een sterk analytisch denkvermogen en houdt ervan om processen te verbeteren. Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en het Frans en vult deze aan met een klantgerichte houding. Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office (vnl Word en Powerpoint) en staat open voor nieuwe digitale tools.
