Als Logistics Officer binnen onze expeditie-afdeling ben je verantwoordelijk voor een vlotte en efficiënte organisatie van het transportproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze producten tijdig en correct bij de klant terechtkomen, en ondersteunt onze chauffeurs en externe partners in hun dagelijkse werking. Je plant en organiseert dagelijks de ritten van een 30-tal vrachtwagens, met oog voor efficiëntie en klanttevredenheid. Via een nauw contact met klanten en chauffeurs, volg je de uitvoering van de ritten op en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij vragen of problemen, en zoekt proactief naar oplossingen bij vragen of problemen. Je stelt de werkplanning op voor een 20-tal chauffeurs, en controleert aanwezigheden en gespresteerde uren. Je beheert de werking van boordcomputers en coördineert het onderhoud en de keuringen van het wagenpark. Je werkt nauw samen met externe transporteurs en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie. Als Logistics Officer rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Expeditie Manager. Je hebt een talent voor plannen en schakelen, en behoudt overzicht in een dynamische omgeving. Je communiceert professioneel en klantgericht, ook bij onverwachte situaties. Je weet mensen mee te krijgen door het creëren van nauwe samenwerking en vertrouwen. Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een sterke focus op timing en opvolging. Je hebt een goede basis in digitale tools (Excel, ERP) en leert snel nieuwe systemen aan.
