Contexte Notre client situé à Bruxelles recherche un Project Manager avec de fortes affinités Business Analyst pour assurer la continuité des activités de Project Management sur 3 projets centraux de la stratégie de digitalisation de l'agence : 1.Gestion et supervision du déploiement de la plateforme Permit pour la gestion des cartes de stationnement -Correction des bugs en cours et migration de commune délégantes supplémentaires -Ongboarding de nouvelles communes non délégantes dans la plateforme existante 2.Intégration des Vouchers à la plateforme Permit 3.Mise en place d'un reporting transversal sur les données SAP Compétences nécessaires -Méthodologie de gestion de projet : o Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets complexes, en particulier dans un environnement public ou réglementé. o Maîtrise des méthodologies de gestion de projet utilisées. o Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets stratégiques en parallèle, tout en respectant les délais et les budgets impartis. - Rédaction de cahiers des charges et gestion d'appels d'offre dans le respect des procédures internes. - Forte appétence pour l'analyse fonctionnelle et la compréhension fine des besoins métiers, o Capacité à réaliser une analyse transversale des besoins de reporting SAP (recenser et analyser les besoins métier, formaliser les besoins et veiller à la cohérence transverse) o Aptitude à jouer un rôle d'interface entre le business et les équipes techniques, du SPRB et d'autres fournisseurs externes, en assurant une traduction claire et cohérente des besoins. - Rigueur, esprit de synthèse et excellentes compétences de communication écrite et orale. - Autonomie, sens des responsabilités et orientation résultats.
