We zoeken een ervaren technisch analyst die deel zal uitmaken van het team dat instaat voor het beheer en evoluties binnen "Genesys" en dit zowel op het vlak van telefonie, mail, live chat als integratie met een chatbot. Binnen deze rol werk je nauw samen met de Product Owner en de Scrum Master en je ondersteunt mee het onderhoud en evoluties van de applicaties, waarvoor je ook opzoek gaat naar (technische) oplossingen.

  • Je kan je snel inwerken in de nieuwe materie en hebt een grote nauwkeurigheid en concentratievermogen.
  • Je draagt ​bij aan de globale status van het project door ontbrekende of onjuist geïmplementeerde functies te melden.
  • Je neemt actief deel tijdens agile ceremonies om samen met het team een goede oplossing uit te werken.
  • Je werkt actief mee binnen het team om de story's succesvol af te werken.
  • Je legt makkelijk verbinding binnen het team, maar zeker ook daarbuiten, bijvoorbeeld met andere agile teams, afdelingen en externe stakeholders.

ls applicatiebeheerder:

  • Je staat in voor de volledige implementatie van story's aan zowel nieuwe als bestaande applicaties.
  • Je neemt de analyse, coördinatie, testing en de maintenance achteraf voor je rekening.
  • Je communiceert efficiënt met de verschillende stakeholders (business/functionele analisten, ontwikkelaars, externe stakeholders) zodat je de story's perfect verstaan.
  • Je moet samenwerken met het team zodat changes binnen volgens de vooraf bepaalde vereisten worden opgeleverd.

Vereisten:

  • Je bent vlot Nederlands / Franstalig met goede kennis van de andere landstaal, en Engels
  • Grondige kennis van Genesys CX is vereist
  • Ervaring met chatbots is vereist
  • Inzicht in processen van een contactcenter is zeer wenselijk (inbound/outbound calls, mail, chat,..)
  • Algemene IT technische kennis is een noodzaak
  • Begrip van netwerken en cloud technologie is een plus
  • Je kunt zelfstandig en in team werken
  • Je hebt zin voor kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en hebt een no-nonsense mentaliteit
