Le département PAM vise à déployer et institutionnaliser un système de gestion intégré pour maximiser la performance des actifs grâce à une performance sûre, fiable et efficace tout au long de leur cycle de vie. Ce rôle s'inscrit dans un environnement international, adressant les actifs de la recherche à la fabrication, en passant par le développement et les ventes. Ce que vous ferez ️ Vous serez le pivot financier et analytique de la performance de nos actifs physiques : Soutien Stratégique et Financier : Être le SME (Expert en la matière) financier E2E (End-to-End) pour Engineering, Sites & Facilities (ES&F), assistant l'ensemble de la chaîne de valeur (idéation, livraison, maintenance). Analyse TOTEX : Développer une vue standard des dépenses totales de maintenance (CAPEX et OPEX) et agir comme le responsable des aperçus financiers et opérationnels pour les dépenses TOTEX.Standardisation & Reporting : Concevoir et déployer des outils et des capacités de reporting de performance financière , et améliorer la standardisation des coûts TOTEX. Leadership : Renforcer les compétences financières de l'organisation ES&F et coordonner des équipes inter-fonctionnelles pour atteindre les objectifs de l'Asset Owner. Votre Profil Expérience : Minimum 10 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie manufacturière pharmaceutique, biologique ou des dispositifs médicaux. Expertise : Solide expérience en Planification & Analyse Financière (FP&A), combinée à une perspective stratégique. Une expérience dans l'environnement des opérations de maintenance est un avantage. Leadership : Capacité à faire preuve de leadership dans un environnement matriciel avec des points de contact exécutifs transversaux. Compétences : Excellentes compétences en communication, négociation et capacité d'influence.
