Job Description As a Major Projects Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-profile projects across the Benelux region. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to client-specific standards. Develop and implement effective project management strategies to meet client expectations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Manage project budgets and resources to optimize profitability. Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of project managers to enhance their performance and autonomy. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A minimum of 10 years' experience in project management, preferably in the construction or engineering sector. Proven ability to lead complex projects in demanding environments and manage international clients with high-quality and service standards. Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a track record of unifying multidisciplinary teams around shared strategic goals. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly effective in multicultural and international contexts. Capacity to perform effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (written and verbal).
