Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a Solution Delivery Lead who is proactive, solution-focused and structured to join us in our Infrastructure and Services team, based in our office in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.About the roleYou will be working in a team that drives complex, cross-functional technology initiatives within eConnectivity. This role is responsible for overseeing the full project portfolio, ensuring successful delivery of all initiatives in scope, on budget and on time. You’ll also shape the project methodology and guide project managers through day-to-day execution and strategic alignment.Who you’ll work withYou will be working in a collaborative team that thrives on continuous improvement, innovation and teamwork. You’ll engage with project managers, internal stakeholders, external vendors and senior leaders to align project delivery with UCB’s strategic priorities. You’ll be a key player in driving technological evolution in a global, fast-paced and diverse environment.What you’ll doLead and manage the full eConnectivity project portfolio across all initiativesOversee daily work of external project managers and ensure strategic alignmentShape and run the PMO with your own approach to tools and reportingEnsure consistent governance across projects, including steering and documentationIdentify and escalate risks, align with stakeholders and manage project resourcesSupport annual budgeting and roadmapping of the project portfolioInterested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skillsMaster's degree in ICT or a related technological fieldBetween 5 and 10 years of experience managing large-scale projects in industrial, global environmentsExperience leading project managers, portfolios and project management officesSkilled at stakeholder management, from technical teams to executive levelCertifications in Prince2 or PMO, AgilePM and ITIL are essentialKnowledge of Togaf, SCRUM or Lean Six Sigma is a plusProficiency in English; French is a plusAre you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
