Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for an E2E Project Leader – Sterile Manufacturing Investment who is visionary, results-driven, and a strong communicator to join our Large Capital Projects Delivery team, based at our UCB campus in Braine-l’Alleud, Wallonia, Belgium.About the RoleYou will lead a strategic €200M+ investment project to build a new sterile injectables manufacturing facility. You’re going to oversee the full project lifecycle—from concept to operational readiness, including qualification and regulatory approval.Who You’ll Work WithYou’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, safety, operations, finance, IT, and more. You’ll act as the main interface between stakeholders and the project, reporting directly to the Head of Large Capital Investments.What You’ll DoLead project planning, initiation, and feasibility analysisBuild and guide a high-performing, cross-functional project teamManage budgets, resources, and vendor relationshipsOversee execution, governance, and project excellenceIdentify risks and resolve issues proactivelyEnsure documentation, reporting, and post-project evaluationInterested? For this role, we’re looking for:Master’s degree in engineering, science, or related fieldPMP certification or equivalent strongly preferred10+ years’ experience in large-scale CAPEX project managementExpertise in sterile manufacturing and pharma environmentsStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsProficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera…)Are you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
