Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for an Engineering Processes Lead who is analytical, collaborative, and proactive to join our Engineering & Sites and Facilities – Investment Program Office team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.About the roleYou will champion and continuously improve project management processes for global engineering projects. You’re going to be the go-to person for best practices and will drive a culture of project excellence.Who you will work withYou will collaborate with a transversal engineering community, cross-functional teams, and both global and local PMOs. You’ll be supported by experts in project management to foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.What you will doOwn and refine engineering project management roadmaps, tools and governance for sustainability and alignmentBe responsible for deploying the Project Excellence model and promoting best practicesManage peer reviews and audits to identify improvement opportunitiesAct as an advisor, mentor, and trainer in project management methodologiesOversee implementation and optimization of project management systems and toolsLead change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvementInterested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, or pharma20+ years of technical experience in engineering project excellence, preferably in pharmaProject management certification (Prince2 or PMI) and 3+ years of Lean managementFluent in French and EnglishExpertise in Lean Management, change management, and cross-functional team leadershipExcellent communicator, facilitator, and problem solver, comfortable with data and digital toolsAre you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
