À propos de l'entreprise Notre client, une entreprise industrielle reconnue, recherche un HSE Coordinator pour renforcer son équipe sécurité et environnement. À propos du rôle Vous serez responsable de coordonner et suivre les activités HSE sur les différents sites, en garantissant le respect des procédures et la conformité avec la législation belge. Responsabilités Coordonner les activités HSE sur le site et avec les équipes opérationnelles. Assurer le suivi des audits, inspections et rapports HSE. Participer à l’analyse des risques et à la mise en place de plans d’actions. Sensibiliser et former le personnel aux procédures sécurité et environnement. Suivre les incidents, accidents et quasi-accidents et proposer des mesures correctives. Collaborer avec la direction HSE et les managers de site pour assurer l’amélioration continue. Garantir le respect de la législation HSE belge et des normes internes. Qualifications Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle HSE dans le secteur industriel. Bonne connaissance de la réglementation HSE et des normes applicables. Capacité à travailler en coordination avec plusieurs équipes. Ouvert aux déplacements sur différents sites. Maîtrise du néerlandais (niveau B2 minimum), l'anglais est un atout. Sens de la communication, rigueur et esprit d’analyse.
