Master Data Administrator

As R&D Master Data Administrator, you are responsible for managing and entering product information into SAP, the ERP system that forms the basis of our goods flow and internal processes. You are a key figure within the Master Data team and ensure that the data is accurate and up-to-date. You also play a (back-up) role in preparing technical manuals, which guide customers through the installation and operation of our lighting fixtures.
Your Responsibilities- Creating and updating article numbers (BOM, cost price, technical product data...) in cooperation with the R&D team.
- Accurate checking of entered data to ensure consistency.
- Thinking along to optimise and automate current processes in SAP.
- Technical manuals:
- Drafting and updating clear manuals for customers, including product placement, specifications and installation instructions.
- You have experience with SAP and master data aspects such as BOM creation.
- You have a passion for data management and are energised to critically question existing processes and make improvement proposals.
- You have a good understanding of work processes and can make connections independently.
- You have strong communication skills and can draft manuals in a clear and structured way.
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and English.
- Your work is structured, precise and result-oriented.
- You are IT-skilled and learn new systems quickly.
- You are customer-oriented for both internal and external parties.
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree.
